Shipping & Delivery Policy

Lusane Technologies sells digital goods and services only. Nothing is physically shipped, and no shipping charges apply to any order.

How delivery works

• Store tools. Available immediately after payment is confirmed, from your store account under Downloads. A copy of the link is also emailed to the address on the order. There is nothing to activate: the file is yours once it downloads.
• Product subscriptions. Where a product is sold on a subscription, access is enabled on your store account as soon as the first payment clears, and stays enabled until the subscription ends.
• Studio work. Delivered according to the milestones in the signed project agreement, with the repository and documentation handed over on final payment.

Timing

Digital delivery is immediate — normally within a minute of payment being confirmed by our payment processor. Occasionally a bank takes longer to confirm; if that happens, delivery completes automatically as soon as confirmation arrives, without you doing anything.

If something does not arrive

Check your store account first, since it is the authoritative place your purchases appear — receipt emails can be delayed or filtered. If it is not there within an hour of payment, email support@lusanetech.com with your order number and we will resolve it.

Downloads remain available in your store account for as long as the account exists, and you can re-download previous versions at any time.

Where we deliver

Worldwide. There are no regional restrictions on digital delivery, though some tools have technical requirements listed on their product page.
