Privacy Policy

This explains what Lusane Technologies collects when you use lusanetech.com, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, and password (stored hashed by our identity provider; we never see it). Optionally a company name, phone number, billing address and GSTIN if you provide them for invoices.
• Order records — what you bought, when, how much you paid, and the invoice.
• Product usage — only where a product needs it to work, such as your own history inside that app, and limited to what the product actually stores. Anything beyond that is described in that product’s own notice.
• Download records — which file you downloaded and when, kept as an anti-abuse measure.
• Enquiries — whatever you write in a contact form or send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Basic technical data — IP address, browser and device type, from server logs and analytics.

We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment processor.

Why we collect it

• To create and run your store account, and to give you what you paid for.
• To issue invoices and meet tax and accounting obligations.
• To prevent fraud, licence abuse and excessive downloading.
• To answer your questions and support you.
• To understand which pages and products people actually use, in aggregate.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We only email you about marketing if you have explicitly opted in, and every such email can be unsubscribed from in one click.

Who else processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run the business. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job.

• Google Firebase — accounts, authentication and the database.
• Vercel — hosting and server logs.
• Razorpay — payment processing. They receive your payment details directly; we receive only the result and a payment reference.
• Cloudflare — file storage and delivery for purchased downloads.
• Resend — transactional email such as receipts and download links.

How long we keep it

• Account data — while your account is open, then deleted 30 days after you close it.
• Invoices and payment records — retained for the period Indian tax law requires, currently at least eight years, even after you delete your account. We pseudonymise them where we can, but we cannot delete them on request.
• Logs and analytics — up to 12 months.
• Enquiries — up to 24 months, so we have context if you come back.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Two of these are buttons rather than emails:

• Export — the account settings page on the store produces a JSON archive of your profile, orders and invoices.
• Delete — also in the store's account settings. It tells you exactly what will be removed and what has to be retained before you confirm.
• Withdraw consent — turn off marketing email in your preferences at any time. It does not affect transactional email about things you have bought.

For anything else, email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to understand usage. Analytics cookies are only set after you consent. See the Cookie Policy.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to production data is limited to those who need it. Purchased files are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links rather than public URLs. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects you we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

Children

This service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and email account holders before the change takes effect.
