Licence Terms

Every tool sold by Lusane Technologies is licensed under one of the tiers below. The product page states which tier applies before you buy.

Personal

• Use by one named individual, for personal or educational projects.
• Activate on up to 2 devices, released when you move machines.
• Not for use in or on behalf of a business.

Commercial

• Use by one individual, including in paid client work and inside a company.
• Activate on up to 3 devices.
• Outputs produced with the tool are yours, with no royalty owed to us.

Extended

• Use across a team, with a stated seat count.
• May be embedded in an internal system you operate.
• Still may not be redistributed or resold as a product of its own.

What no tier permits

• Reselling, sublicensing or publishing the tool, in whole or in substantial part.
• Removing or defeating licence checks or attribution.
• Sharing a key so that more people use it than the tier allows.

Updates and versions

A purchase includes all updates within the same major version, for as long as we publish them. A new major version is a new purchase, usually offered to existing holders at an upgrade price.

Revocation

A licence ends if the purchase is refunded or charged back, or on a material breach of these terms. We will contact you before revoking for breach wherever it is practical to do so.
